Vericode is a digital subscription. You purchase access to the web app for a billing period. There is no physical shipment.
When we refund
Unused prepaid subscription time may be refunded within 14 days of the first paid charge if your usage is under 20 analyses in that period.
After 14 days, or after substantial use (20 or more analyses on that first paid charge), fees are non-refundable except where required by law (including any mandatory cooling-off rights that apply to you).
How to request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund,” the email on the account, the charge date, and why you are asking. We aim to reply within two business days.
